By participating in the Social Media promotion and/or giveaway, entrant agrees to abide by the official rules. The sponsor of each promotion is Northern Quest Resort & Casino an enterprise of the Kalispel Tribe of Indians, a federally recognized sovereign Indian nation, located at 100 N. Hayford Rd. Airway Heights, WA 99001, United States. Promotions may include sponsor’s sub-brands.
This promotion and/or social media giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
In consideration for the opportunity to participate in a promotion or giveaway, I as an Entrant, hereby represent and warrant that I meet all eligibility requirements for participation in said promotion or giveaway and further consent and agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by Northern Quest Resort and Casino’s Official Rules through the act of entering the promotion or giveaway, including the decisions of Casino Management and/or the Kalispel Gaming Agency.
Official Rules:
1) Eligibility:
a) To be eligible for entry into a promotion and/or giveaway, entrants must be Camas Rewards Members, present a valid, recognized form of government issued identification, and be twenty-one (21) years of age to participate.
b) Persons who have been trespassed or excluded from Tribal territories or businesses, are barred by the Kalispel Tribal Gaming Agency, or who have opted into the self-exclusion program are prohibited from participating.
c) Employees of sponsors, administrators, Team Members of Kalispel Tribal Economic Authority, Kalispel Casino and Northern Quest Resort & Casino, as well as family members of Loyalty Marketing and Marketing, are not eligible to participate.
2) Entry:
a) To be entered for the promotion and/or giveaway, entrants must either “Like” or “Comment” on the post, unless otherwise stated. Sharing the post on entrant’s timeline, and/or friends timeline, will not increase chances of winnings. By entering, entrants agree to follow the instructions listed in the giveaway description.
b) Participant may enter once, unless otherwise stated. Prizes are non-transferable. Administrators reserve the right to disqualify any individual that fails to follow the social media policy for the promotion and/or social media giveaway. Northern Quest Resort & Casino and its subsidiaries reserve the right to ban or exclude any individual from a social media giveaway and/or page at our sole discretion. Late, incomplete, or invalid registrations will not be recognized. The authorized social media account holder may only enter the promotion and/or giveaway on their own behalf. Potential winner(s) may be required to show proof of being the authorized social media account holder. Odds of winning each promotion and/or social media giveaway are dependent on the number of entrants.
c) By entering this promotion and/or social media giveaway, entrant understands and agrees that Northern Quest Resort & Casino, anyone acting on behalf of Northern Quest Resort & Casino, and Northern Quest Resort & Casino’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation; entrants name, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes. Entrant provides consent to sponsors and/or administration to use entrant’s name, comment, photograph, and giveaway entry, in any of Northern Quest Resort & Casino’s digital media presence; included but not limited to the social media accounts of Northern Quest Resort & Casino
d) Northern Quest Resort & Casinos administrator and/or sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process, violating the official policy, violating the terms of service, or conditions of use and/or general rules or guidelines of any sponsor property or service. If your entry infringes upon the intellectual property rights of another, you will be disqualified at the sole discretion of Northern Quest Resort & Casino. If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, you shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. Sponsors reserves the right to change the winner if original winner demonstrates any of these violations.
3) Award of Prizes:
a) Each applicable promotion and/or social media giveaway will be live until the date and time stated in the original giveaway post.
b) All prizes on display will be awarded as shown. Prizes depicted in advertising are for promotional purposes and subject to manufacturer’s availability and may not accurately represent actual prizes to be won.
c) Prizes will be awarded in person at the Northern Quest Resort and Casino. Entrants must present a winner’s code in order to claim their prize.
d) The promotion and/or giveaway prize will be stated in the applicable social media post. Winner(s) will have until the date of event and/or 30 days after the social media giveaway has closed, to claim their prize at the destination outlined by the promotion/giveaway administrator. If winner(s) fail to claim their prize prior to the event or within the 30-day period, the entrant(s) forfeits their prize. Winner(s) are required to show valid photo ID and/or their Camas Rewards card to claim their prize.
e) Any prize receipt/voucher or drawing entry that has been mutilated, forged, misprinted, altered, tampered with, mechanically reproduced, is illegible, or has been obtained by any means other than pursuant to these rules is automatically void.
f) Any and all applicable taxes or license fees will be final and binding on all entrants in this promotion.
g) Northern Quest Resort & Casino is not responsible for replacing lost, damaged, or tampered with prizes.
h) Northern Quest Resort & Casino reserves the right to not award the prize associated with the canceled event and/or concert, without any payment or obligation to the winner or potential winner. Any provided tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions specified therein. No cash equivalent or substitution of any prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Northern Quest.
4) General Rules:
a) Casino Management and/or the Kalispel Tribal Gaming Agency will resolve any dispute or situation not covered by these rules and that decision will be final and binding on all entrants in this promotion.
b) This giveaway is governed by the laws of the Kalispel Tribe of Indians without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this promotion and/or social media giveaway, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with the promotion or giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, with the Kalispel Tribal Court having exclusive jurisdiction over the matter. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering the promotion or giveaway). Entrants further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. Northern Quest Resort and Casino and entrants agree that no dispute arising out of a promotion or giveaway shall be brought to arbitration.
c) Sponsor and/or administrator of promotion or social giveaway is not responsible for any technical malfunctions that could occur during the promotional period. This includes, but is not limited to, technical malfunctions with viruses, bugs, fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention. Sponsor and/or administrator reserves the right to extend the giveaway, modify, cancel, or terminate the giveaway due to technical issues. Administrator reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time without obligation or prior notice.
d) These rules or this promotion may be modified or cancelled by management at any time based on operational and/or business concerns.
