Six-time GRAMMY-nominated artist and songwriter Sierra Hull is widely regarded as a master of her instrument and one of acoustic music’s most inventive voices. A seven-time IBMA Mandolin Player of the Year, and the first woman to receive the honor, Hull has built an acclaimed multi-decade career rooted in bluegrass while continually pushing the genre’s boundaries. Her recent releases include A Tip Toe High Wire (2025), 25 Trips (2020), and Weighted Mind (2016). Originally from Byrdstown, Tennessee, Hull has performed on some of the nation’s most iconic stages, including Carnegie Hall, the Grand Ole Opry, and the White House, and has collaborated with artists spanning acoustic, country, and contemporary music.
