Jimmy Carr is an award-winning comedian, writer, and television host known for his dark humor, razor-sharp one-liners, and unmistakable deadpan delivery. With more than 25 years in stand-up, Carr has become one of the world’s biggest-selling comedy acts, performing to sold-out crowds in more than 50 countries. His international touring success, signature quick-witted punchlines, and fearless crowd work have made him a standout on stages worldwide.
In 2015, Carr became the first UK comedian to sign a stand-up deal with Netflix, and has since released four specials on the platform. His most recent, Natural Born Killer, reached the Global Top 10 of TV (English) in its first week and charted in 29 countries. By mid-2025, the special had garnered more than five million views, contributing to Carr’s 11.4 million Netflix views over two years and making him the second most-watched British comedian on the platform during that period.
