Service animals are welcome at Northern Quest Resort & Casino, but are required to be under the control of their handler at all times.

Pool & Hot Tub
Our pool is located on the Hotel Spa level (first floor). Adults-only (18+) hours are 6-9am and 9pm-midnight. Family hours are 9am-9pm. Use your room key to access the pool area. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Smoking
Our hotel is non-smoking. If you wish to smoke, please use one of the designated areas outside of the hotel or in the casino. If smoking has been detected in a guest room, there will be a $250 fee applied to your bill in order to make the room suitable for asthmatic and smoke-intolerant guests.
Child Care
Kids Quest is our hourly children’s entertainment center for kids from 30 months to 12 years. The kids will enjoy plenty of activities, including arts and crafts, an indoor gym, Quest Cafe, a karaoke stage and quiet spots for reading or tablet play in a safe, supervised environment. Listen for instructions on the public address system. A voice message will give you information and instructions to follow.
While in Our Venue
Please take a moment to locate the nearest emergency exit while in the casino, restaurant or other venues.
In the Event of an Evacuation
Remain calm. If smoke is in your room, crawl to the door on your hands and knees to avoid breathing it. Feel the door; IF IT IS HOT, DO NOT OPEN YOUR DOOR! If it is cool, open the door slowly. If flames or thick smoke are visible, shut the door and remain in your room. If the hallway is clear and safe, exit the building as calmly and quickly as possible. Use stairways since elevators will not be operational. Once on the ground floor, hotel emergency personnel will direct you to a safe place.
Fire and Safety
Northern Quest Resort & Casino is equipped with a technologically advanced fire detection and containment system. Additionally, our team members have been trained to respond appropriately during emergency situations. Smoke detectors and sprinklers are located throughout the building. In the event of an emergency, security will sound an alarm then deliver instructions via the public and in-room address system. A fire evacuation diagram is provided on the inside of your guest room door.
If You Discover a Fire
Locate and activate the nearest pull station alarm. Report the fire. On the closest hotel phone, press “0” and tell the hotel operator your name, room number and the location of the fire. If safe to do so, evacuate the area via the nearest safe emergency exit. If you are in your hotel room, close the doors surrounding the fire to keep it from spreading. Place wet towels at the base of the door to prevent smoke from entering the room.
If You Cannot Leave Your Room
Press the operator button and ask for emergency services or dial “911” and let them know where you are. Stuff wet sheets, towels or clothing in all cracks around doors and vents. Turn off your air conditioner. If smoke is present in your room, fold a wet towel in a triangle and tie it over your nose and mouth; stay low. Fill your bathtub (if you have one), sink and wastebaskets with water to remoisten cloths. Make yourself visible to rescue personnel through any window.
