July 3, 2020 – Spokane, WA – Out of an abundance of caution for the health and safety of our community, Northern Quest Resort & Casino has officially decided not to proceed with the 2020 Outdoor Summer Concert season. Northern Quest will reschedule all shows for the summer of 2021. “While we were all hopeful the numbers in Spokane County would be low enough to limit the risk of COVID-19 community spread by now, it just hasn’t been the case,” says General Manager Nick Pierre. “We hate to disappoint everyone who was ready to come out and experience live music once again, but the health and the safety of our guests and Team Members is our greatest priority. We plan to be back with our Pepsi Outdoor Summer Concert lineup at BECU Live next summer, bigger and better than ever.” We’re excited to share that all artists are committed to playing at Northern Quest next summer. Most have already confirmed new show dates for 2021 and some will have dates confirmed soon. All purchased tickets will be honored for the new show dates listed below. If the new date no longer works for you, Northern Quest will immediately refund the price of your tickets if requested before December 31, 2020. Can I receive a refund for my tickets?
— Refunds will be issued automatically for any canceled performances. For rescheduled performances, tickets will be honored for the same seating on the new dates. We will communicate further details to ticket holders as information becomes available. Please wait until new dates are announced before requesting refunds if you are unable to attend the new date.
— Northern Quest Resort & Casino cannot refund tickets purchased through secondary ticket sellers. If you purchased tickets from a party other than Northern Quest Resort & Casino or TicketsWest, please contact that seller directly.
When will new dates be available for rescheduled performances?
— Arts and entertainment organizations across the country are working together to reschedule performances. Given current uncertainty about timelines and the complexities of rescheduling, it will take some time to finalize new dates. We hope to have information about rescheduled performances in the coming weeks.
