Joana was born in Los Angeles, California and is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish. She worked in VIP Services for five years before becoming a Casino Host, where she became well versed in helping guests enjoy all of Northern Quest’s vast amenities. When not interacting with guests at work, Joana loves to travel.
