EPIC Derby Day Party & Fancy Hat Contest

Sat, May 4 / Beginning at 11am

Catch the greatest two minutes in racing on our EPIC 30-foot LED HDTV! We’ll have on-site wagering, food and drink specials, and swag giveaways all day. Plus, don your fanciest hat to compete for prizes!

Reservations accepted starting April 12 with a $50 per seat food and beverage minimum. Complete the F&B Agreement below before making your reservation.

    1. This promotion will run on Saturday, May 4, 2024.
    2. Must be a Camas Club member 21 years or older to participate. Guests will receive one ticket per person upon admittance to EPIC on the day of the derby.
    3. Drawings for swag will take place throughout the day. Guests must be present to win swag prizes. The EPIC announcer will repeat each number three times before moving to the next. At which time a number is called and not claimed, the ticket will be returned to the bucket for additional chances to win. After a winner is selected, their ticket will be discarded. No further chances of winning will be available.
    4. The contest for "Best Hat" will take place before the race, for which $50, $30, and $20 gift card prizes are given to the first, second, and third-place contestants, respectively.
      • Hats will be judged based on three categories worth up to 10 points each (for a maximum of 30 points): creativity, craftsmanship, and visual appeal.
      • Hats will be judged by a panel of three Northern Quest Team Members.
    5. Team Members of Northern Quest Resort & Casino, Kalispel Casino, and Kalispel Tribal Economic Authority, as well as family members of Loyalty Marketing and Marketing, are not eligible to participate.
    6. We reserve the right to modify or cancel at any time and to exclude any individual from this contest at our sole discretion. Any dispute not covered by the above rules shall be resolved by casino management and shall be final and binding.
